Our Story
Fifteen years ago, one engineer-turned-distiller decided that every piece of Texas Two Step — from still to bottle — would be built by hand, under one roof.
Limited Spirits, LLC is the first state-of-the-art distillery in the greater Houston area. Designed by Ali Ansari in 2010 with the vision of crafting premium spirits entirely from scratch under one roof, it boasts high production capacity and top-tier equipment — including fermentation vats, a custom-designed hybrid copper pot still handcrafted in Scotland, and advanced filtration and micro-oxygenation systems.
High-capacity storage tanks and a fully automated high-speed bottling and packaging line round out the operation. Over the last decade, Ansari has launched several spirits brands, including the award-winning DASH Vodka — and today, Texas Two Step Vodka carries that same obsession with doing things the slow, difficult, correct way.
